MINERAL

The MINERAL solution is the ideal solution for those who want their microcement to look as natural as possible. Its hardness allows it to be applied in any part of a home.

Appropriate for any interior space of home.

Within the Mineral Solution, you will find 3 lines of microcement: Microduo, Microdur and Microlevel. Aesthetically, the difference is minimal. The choice between one line or another usually depends on the preferences of the professional applicator.

Application of Microcement Base (2 coats)

Recommended bases in the Mineral Solution:

  1. Microdur Base
  2. Microröck Base
  3. Microflex Base

The choice between one or the other will depend on the substrate material on which it is to be applied. 

STEP 2

Application of the Mineral Solution: Finish + Colour (2 coats)

This solution has 3 different products to choose from:

Microduo, Microdur and Microlevel.

It is time to choose the product for the final coat:

Traditional Finish:
1. Microduo Fine + Color

2. Microdur Fine + Color

3. Microlevel Fine + Color

Balasto Finish:

1. Microdur Regular + Color

Petra Finish:

1. Microduo Medium + Color

2. Microdur Medium + Color

Granza Finish:

STEP 3

Primer application (2 coats):

  1. Hidroprimer

It is applied to avoid undesired variations in the colour tonalities.

  2.  Maxipur 100% (solvente)

The sealing layer is extremely important, as it is a non-impermeable mass microcement system. The impermeability of the surface will depend on the grams of sealant applied per m2. Cemher® recommends you apply at least 2 layers.

*Important!

When applying, the roller must not be excessively squeezed out. It must be sufficiently impregnated with sealer to achieve proper waterproofing and prevent dampness.


MINERAL +Rock

The MINERAL+ROCK solution is characterised by its unequalled performance, as it is a micro-cement which is harder than polished cement. In addition, it is waterproof in mass, and has an incomparable compressive and tensile strength. Thanks to this, it is not affected by solvents or chemical compounds, it does not crack . It has a high adhesion to any substrate. It is especially designed for use in high traffic areas.

Suitable for commercial and high traffic areas.

Suitable for outdoor use and immersion in water such as swimming pools.

Within the Mineral+Rock Solution, you will find 2 lines of microcement: Microröck and Micropool. Aesthetically they are exactly the same. The difference between the two is that Micropool is specially designed for applications on surfaces immersed in water such as swimming pools.

Microröck: Two-component microcement. It does not crack or break. It does not stain. It has a high adherence to any support. It is especially designed for application in high traffic areas.

Micropool: It is specially designed for applications on surfaces immersed in water such as swimming pools. Specifically formulated to create a certain permeability to water vapour and thus avoid blistering or the appearance of blisters due to lack of permeability.

Application of Microcement Base

Recommended bases to choose from in the Mineral + Rock Solution:

  1. Microröck Base (2 coats)
  2. Micropool Base (3 coats)

*Important! Do not use any other base other than Microröck or Micropool, to avoid the appearance of cracks.

Never apply on top of soft mortars or primers.

STEP 2

Application of the Mineral +Rock Solution: Finish + Colour (2 coats)

This solution has 2 different products to choose from:

Microröck and Micropool.

It is time to choose the product for the final coat:

Uzino Finish:

1. Microröck Fine Stucco + Color

Ethereal Finish:

1.Microröck Fine Continuous + Color

Petra Finish:

1. Microröck Medium Continuous + Color

Granza Finish:

1. Microröck Base Continuous + Color

Vulcano Finish:

1. Microröck Thick Base Continuous + Color

STEP 3

*Important! In swimming pools only Maxipur 100% can be applied in a single coat.

Sealer application of choice (2 coats)

Important: In swimming pools, only 1 coat of sealer should be applied.

Sealers recommended in the +Rock Solution:

  1.  Aquamax Extreme (water based)
  2.  Maxipur 100% (solvent based)

In this case, as it is waterproof in mass, the sealing layer is applied only to provide chemical protection against: bleach, salfumán, lime or chlorine, among others. 

MINERAL +Flex

The MINERAL+FLEX solution, thanks to its high flexibility, is ideal for buildings or constructions where there is or may be structural movement and a predisposition to the appearance of fissures or cracks. This is especially the case in metal or wooden structures, due to expansion and contraction. In addition, it is waterproof in mass, a really important attribute depending on the surface where it is to be applied.

Suitable for spaces with possible structural movement.

Suitable for humid areas.

The Mineral+Flex Solution is composed of Microflex microcement. It is the most suitable microcement for application on any area with a predisposition to the appearance of cracks or fissures, whatever their origin.

Microflex: Two-component microcement. It is characterised above all by its great flexibility. It can be rolled up as if it were a fabric. Even when applying several layers of great thickness, we will still have a highly flexible material. It has not yet been equalled by any other coating. In addition, it is waterproof, a very important attribute depending on the surface where it is to be applied.
